ISO 14001: 2004 specifies requirement for an environment management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objective which takes into account legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects. GNRC Hospitals being a socially responsible organization is a ISO:14001:2004 certified company which follows specific protocols for minimizing and /or eliminating the damage to the environment which might occur during the day to day work process within the hospital. We have also set standards for reduction in power consumption and optimum utilization of resources to minimize waste.
NABL: National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories uses criteria and procedures specifically developed to determine technical competence. Specialist technical assessors conduct a thorough evaluation of all factors in a laboratory that affect the production of test or calibration data. The criteria are based on the international standards called ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 15189, which are used for evaluating laboratories throughout the world. GNRC Hospitals Laboratory has been found to be following international standards for various processes and thus has been awarded the Accreditation by NABL.
