Dr. Nomal Chandra Borah, a highly renowned Social Entrepreneur & Neurologist, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology (FAAN) and has been widely recognized by the public and the government for his contribution to the North-Eastern region. Dr. Nomal Chandra Borah is the Founder, Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company. Dr. Borah has remained a member of the Indian Academy of Neurology, Neurology Society of India, Association of Physicians of India, American Academy Of Neurology, World Federation of Neurology, Researcher on Neuro-Epidemiology-WFN, International Stroke Council & Indian Stroke Council.
Dr. Borah received prestigious recognition from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) by including the Profile of Dr. N. C. Borah as a Case Study in the Chapter on “Rural Entrepreneurship—Strategies And Experiences “ for M.Sc Course in Social Sciences, 2007.
He has been conferred the “ERDF Excellence Award, 2015” for the Entrepreneurial initiative to provide quality healthcare and contributions towards the development of Neurosciences in North-Eastern India.
In the year 2017, Dr. Borah was presented the Double Helical National Awards- 2017, (NE Region), for setting up of First Super Specialty Tertiary Care hospital in North East Region.
Dr. Borah received various awards and accolades for his contribution in Neurology and social initiatives taken to provide quality healthcare services including: Certificate of Honour from State Bank of India for services of the Highest standard rendered in the Development of the Medical facilities for the welfare of the people especially of North-Eastern India-2004, Certificate of Honour from North East Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Service to Society through Individual Excellence-2005, Life Time Achievement Award from Premada Kanta Sarma Memorial for the contribution towards Medical Services, 2008, “Birangana Sati Sadhani Award” by Chief Minister of Assam, Sri Tarun Gogoi on 2015 for contributions towards the society, Honorary title “Janamitra” from Hon'ble Governor of Assam Shri J B Patnaik, and “Achiever Awards (Pratidin Group)-2015” by Chief Minister of Assam Sri Sarbananda Sonowal to name a few. Dr Nomal Chandra Borah has been honoured with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Awards 2025 by the Indian Academy of Neurology and The Association of Nurse Executive (India).

Dr. Ashish Malakar is the Group Chief Executive Officer of GNRC Ltd. He is an MD (Doctor of Medicine) from UMFT, Romania2003 and has done MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management from IIHMR, Delhi 2010 apart from Leadership course from IIM, Ahmedabad 2015.
He has an experience of 20 years in the healthcare sector, and has been associated in Top Management roles such as CEO and Executive Director at various corporate Hospitals like Apollo Hospitals, GPT Healthcare etc.
As a Group CEO, Dr. Malakar brings along his vast experience and expertise to ensure service in excellence is maintained at all times through a stimulating working environment that revolves around patient-oriented supremacy, derived from the mission of care, cure, compassion, communication and cost, as well as managing investors and stakeholders.
Mr. Anshul Khemka

CA Anshul Khemka is a Chartered Accountant by profession, qualified in November 2012, and has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of GNRC Group of Hospitals since May 2013.
With over 12 years of professional experience, Anshul has been instrumental in driving financial strategy, corporate governance, and sustainable growth in the healthcare sector. At GNRC, he has led large-scale financial planning, implemented cost optimization measures, and played a key role in digital transformation through ERP and MIS systems.
He has successfully managed fundraising and capital structuring for expansion projects, established robust internal controls, and ensured compliance with taxation and corporate regulations. His leadership has supported GNRC’s mission of providing affordable and accessible healthcare.
Anshul is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has contributed extensively to shaping discussions on healthcare taxation, including GST reforms. His strategic vision, combined with his strong financial acumen, continues to position him as a leading voice in healthcare finance.

Biswajeet Das is a seasoned HR Strategist and Corporate Leader with over 18 years of comprehensive experience across the Healthcare, Aviation, and IT/ITES sectors. He has a proven track record of developing organization culutre, setting up the department, productive work environments that drive organizational growth as per the objectives of the organization.
He acts as a key resources in aligning HR strategies with business goals, including manpower planning, organizational restructuring, and change management.

CS Naresh Daryani is a Company Secretary by profession, qualified in December 2000, and has been serving as the Sr Company Secretary of GNRC Group of Hospitals since September 2025.
Naresh Daryani is a Dynamic professional with over 25 years plus of progressive experience in various fields like Corporate Laws Compliance, Corporate Governance, Compliance with SEBI Guidelines – Rules and Regulations, Compliance with stock exchange requirements related to listed companies, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, compliance with RBI polies related to Companies, Legal and Secretarial. Naresh Daryani is also experienced in management of Accounts and Finance. With this wide experience, CS Naresh Daryani heads the Secretarial Department at GNRC Group mentoring and supporting every team member and attempts to deliver great results with highest standards. CS Naresh Daryani believes in transparency, integrity and professionalism at all levels.

Mr Biswajit Das holds the esteemed position of Company Secretary at GNRC Ltd. His appointment as the Company Secretary was formalized during the Board meeting held on January 3rd, 2011. He holds the status of an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, he possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National Education Foundation under G G University, Bilaspur. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from IGNOU. Accumulating a wealth of expertise, he has garnered almost 15 years of experience within his professional domain.
