Dr Nomal Chandra Borah received the prestigious Lakshminarayan Award from Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture and Veterinary, Mr. Atul Borah, and Minister of Education, Welfare of Plain Tribe & Backward Classes, Dr. Ranoj Pegu in the presence of other dignitaries during the 17th Foundation Day of All Assam Chutia Students Union.
